One of the most important things to remember if you're struggling with mental health is that you're not alone. It's extremely common, and there are always other people going through the same thing. A huge number of people experience depression at some point in their life, and there shouldn't be any shame in that. In the workplace, it can be hard to open up as you often feel as if you need to keep a professional front, and opening up about this can be perceived by some as 'weakness', but it isn't weak.
